PTI welcomes govt’s offer for talks

ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) has welcomed the government’s offer for unconditional and meaningful talks, while Shah Mehmood Qureshi vowed to call off Karachi and Lahore protests, provided if the government forms the commission to probe irregularities in elections, ARY News reported.

According to details, PTI central information secretary, Dr Shireen Mazari welcomed government’s offer for the resumption of unconditional talks with her party. She reiterated that the protest will be continued until the success of dialogue between the two sides.

Mazari however said that the day, from which the judicial commission started working, PTI will call off all its protests outside Islamabad.

Meanwhile, PTI senior vice-president, Shah Mehmood Qureshi said that he will try to advance the discussion from where it was suspended.

He also said that his party will initiate the dialogue from the procedure, according to which the judicial commission will be working.
