PTI workers' killing sparks protests all over country

TOP NEWS

The protest which turned bloody following the killing of two PTI workers – Haq Nawaz and Asghar Ali – in Faisalabad, has now spread in the length and breadth of the country. PTI workers in Islamabad, Lahore, Karachi, Hyderabad and numerous other cities took to streets, condemning the brutal attitude of the ruling party.

Charged-up PTI workers blocked Shahrah-e-Faisal – one of the busiest roads of Karachi – due to which the citizens had to face enough difficulties.

In Lahore, a large number of workers of the defiant party gathered at Lalak Jan Chowk, Liberty Chowk and some other major spots and strongly protested against the government.

The process of blocking the roads for traffic and to light candles is also continued in several other cities of the country.

Moreover, Tehreek-i-Insaf has announced a countrywide Day of Mourning against the killing of its workers on Tuesday.
