The provincial government has said that no aid is required for the people displaced by the natural disaster as the province can take care of its people.

The government thanked KP for their offer of assistance for the flood victims.

KP Information Minister Mushtaq Ghani has said that such steps will lead to tensions amongst the provinces. He added that the aid was for the people not for the government.

“The rationale of the decision of Punjab government is beyond our understanding”, Ghani added.
