Yesterday, Punjab CM Shahbaz Sharif had taken serious notice of Daska clash between police and lawyers, ordering for a judicial inquiry of the incident.
Shahbaz had directed the chief secretary Punjab to write a letter to the chief justice Lahore High Court (LHC) for the formation of a bench to hold the inquiry.
However, the Punjab government on Tuesday took back its decision of a judicial inquiry.
On the other hand, lawyers protest entered into second day on Tuesday against the killing of two of their fellows.
Scores of protesters staged demonstrations against the incident all over the country upon the call of Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI).
