Rabbani tearful over 21st Amendment vote
In his address with the upper house, the PPP senator said that in the last twelve years he has never felt as embarrassed as he felt today.
“Today I voted against my conscience in favor of the formation of military courts”, said a bent and broken Rabbani.
He added that this vote was owed to him by people.
Moreover, the 21st Amendment was passed on Tuesday with not a single vote against it.
