Rakhi Sawant hasn’t been famous for using her wits or for making very clever statements. The item girl has always been in the news for her foolish statements and guffawing remarks every now and then. Most suspect her impulsive statements are a ploy to keep her in the news every now and then.
Rakhi raised lots of eyebrows when she openly admitted she was in love with none other than Indian cricketer Virat Kohli. The controversial actress, at a spa launch in presence of media personnel, stated,“I like Virat a lot and Anushka hasn’t confessed publicly as yet. But I am confessing my love for the young cricketer as I love him and since Anushka has not accepted his love openly, therefore, I would like to express my love for the cricketer.”
To make matters worse, Sawant also publicly made a snide comment about Anushka’s recent lip surgery and made fun of the matter. A couple of weeks ago, Virat Kohli had openly confessed his love for Anushka on Twitter. Apparently, the cricketer was smitten by his girlfriend’s performance in NH10 and made it known to the world by calling her ‘my love’ in a tweet.

For now, the cricketer seems focused on his game as India gear up to take on the Aussies in their upcoming semifinal clash. However, in the coming days, Anushka may come up with a befitting reply of her own or perhaps Kohli might take some time off from the nets to give Sawant a piece of his mind!
