Ramazan recipe: How to prepare a delicious creamy fruit chaat

It’s an order of the day now that people prepare several special cuisines for Iftaar, but some of the items are deemed must for the Iftaar menu. Fruit chaat is one of them.

The essential components for preparing a fruit chaat are chaat masala, roasted cumin powder and red chili powder.

Put all the chopped fruits in a bowl and mix them completely after sprinkling a cream, salt, sugar, black pepper and chaat masala over it.

  • 1 medium apple
  • 1 medium peach
  • 1 meduim mango
  • 1-2 apricots
  • handful afghani grapes ( alternate black berries, blue berries normal grapes.. etc)
  • 1 medium banana (optional)
  • take an apricot cut it into two pieces
  • remove the pit/seed
  • cream
