Those arrested by the Rangers are employees of the administration block of KU, said a source.
The paramilitary force personnel first arrived at the admin block and beseiged the building, sparking panic in the surrounding. Students also gathered around the building after witnessing an unusual development.

Later, the personnel came out of the building after about 20 minutes taking five people into custody.
They were identified as Naveed Siddiqui , Zeeshan Amin , Shani Mehmood Hussain , Rehan and Zohaib.
The reason of the arrest is not yet known.
