According to initial details, Rangers on a tip off raided a house in the city’s coastal area of Keamari where the hiding terrorists opened fire and threw hand grenades on the law enforcement personnel.
Five terrorists were killed in while two of the Rangers personnel were injured in the shootout between law enforcement personnel and the militants.
Rangers were informed about the presence of terrorists on their helpline 1101.
