Rangers raid Sunni Tehreek headquarters again

KARACHI: Pakistan Rangers Sindh personnel once again raided Sunni Tehreek (ST) headquarters and confiscated important documents, ARY News reported on Friday.

According to details,  a small contingent of Rangers surrounded the Sunni Tehreek’s central office and confiscated a number of documents, allegedly financial records.

However, not a single person was detained in today’s raid.

Sources says the raids were conducted on a tip off from the people arrested in the previous raid at the same place.

It must be noted that this is the second raid on the facility in a week as the last one was conducted by Rangers on June 18, 2015 which resulted in the detention of nearly a dozen ST members.
