Regrettably accepted military courts, says Khursheed

SUKKUR: Leader of the Opposition in National Assembly Syed Khursheed Ahmed Shah has said that the decision of accepting the military court was taken with regret, ARY News reports.

Syed Khursheed Shah, speaking to media here in Sukkur, said that former President Asif Ali Zardari has stated that the military court should not become a revengeful law.

He added that 283 male and female teachers were given appointment letters on merit. He expressed his optimism that the professors will fulfill their duties well.

The opposition leader said that that policies are never announced whereas public support is necessary for curbing terrorism.

“We are ready to give all sacrifices in stamping out terrorism”, the opposition leader stated.

“There are many ‘Billas’ in the country hence former President Pervez Musharraf should openly play politics”, he said.
