Imran Khan has announced a shutdown in Karachi on December 12, as part of his Plan-C in the PTI’s campaign against alleged rigging in 2013 general elections.

According to ARY News, Manzoor Wassan, talking to mediapersons on Thursday said it will be the right of the people to shutdown their businesses or not on the call of Imran Khan.

He said after formation of the judicial commission the matters between Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf and the government would likely to improve.

Wassan said that Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) Chief Altaf Hussain was with us in past and will remain with us in future.

Replying a question, Wassan denied the possibility of mid-term elections in the country adding that either re-elections will be held or general elections will be held as per schedule in 2018.

On a question on digging of a tunnel near Karachi Central Jail, the provincial minister said that the investigation of the matter has been underway adding that the information on the issue could not be shared with the media.
