Rulers will not oppress masses if Model Town culprits are caught: Qadri

MULTAN: Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) Chairman Dr. Tahir-ul-Qadri has said that rulers will not be able to oppress the people if those involved in Model Town carnage are arrested, ARY News reported.

Addressing a Qasas rally in Multan via video link, Qadri said that rulers will be afraid of accountability if the perpetrators of the Model Town incident are caught.

He added that the government oppresses the innocent people.

Criticizing the Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) chief, PAT chairman went on to say that a person sitting in London has challenged the national integrity.

“He asked the country’s enemies for help and the Sharif brothers kept behaving like silent spectators.”
