Salman is believed to have dated actresses for three decades, mostly co-stars with whom he has shared screen space, but now he has finally chosen his life partner.
The actor, who was in Ladakh to shoot for Kabir Khan’s war-drama ‘Tubelight’ recently, paid a visit to the Thikse Monastery, where he had the chance to sit down for a meeting with the Dalai Lama. Pictures from the meeting show Salman and Lulia enjoying a hearty laugh together apart from holding on each other’s hands.
The couple strengthened rumours when they made a public appearance at Preity Zinta’s wedding reception. However, speaking to Mumbai Mirror, Salman rubbished the rumours and said that if he would get married he would make the announcement himself as it would be a proud moment for him.
In May this year, Salman told the tabloid, “If I had got engaged or was getting married, I wouldn’t wait for the news to leak out. I would announce it myself…thode hi main chup rahoonga like those yesteryear stars who hid their wives thinking that it would lessen their fan following…”
Salman and Iulia were recently seen at the airport with his mother Salma, and from the looks of it, Iulia seems to have gained lot of love and support from his family too. After being single for long, Salman has been talking about marriage and it’s a wait and watch situation for his fans who are eager to see if their favourite star settles into matrimony.
