Sartaj advises world not to disturb regional balance in South Asia with discrimination

ISLAMABAD: Special Advisor to Prime Minister on Foreign Affairs Sartaj Aziz has urged the international community to not disturb the balance of power in South Asia with discriminatory attitude in favor of India’s nuclear programme, ARY News reported.

Addressing a seminar at European Institute of Studies in Brussels, Sartaj Aziz said that the international community has to stop India from taking steps which may put the entire region in danger.

Prime Minister’s advisor stated that national security is key priority of Pakistan’s foreign policy.

He further said that peace in Afghanistan is important for Pakistan’s security.

“Pakistan’s ground realities are changing at a fast pace and are heading in the favour of the country,” he added.

Aziz also gave a briefing on the strategic vision of Pakistan’s foreign policy to the participants of the seminar.
