Saudi minister arrives Pakistan to discuss Yemen issue

ISLAMABAD: Saudi Minister for Religious Affairs, Sheikh Saleh bin Abdulaziz on Sunday arrived in Islamabad on an emergency visit to Pakistan to discuss the situation in Middle East and the Yemen issue, ARY News reported.

According to details, Sheikh Saleh bin Abdulaziz reached Islamabad on Sunday evening along with a five-member delegation.

He will hold meetings with top Pakistani leadership to exchange views on Middle East situation and the Yemen issue.

Upon his arrival here, Sheikh Saleh bin Abdulaziz said that resolution passed by the parliament on Yemen issue is Pakistan’s internal matter.

“Pakistan and Saudi Arabia have always had cordial ties, and the kingdom hopes for the betterment from Pakistan,” added Saleh.
