Secretary Kerry arrives Pakistan

ISLAMABAD: United States Secretary of State John Kerry arrived in Islamabad on a two-day visit to Pakistan, ARY News reported on Monday.

Kerry is expected to meet Pakistan’s political and military leadership and discuss bilateral ties and the regional security situation.

A senior official of the Foreign Office and US embassy diplomats received Secretary Kerry on his arrival at Rawalpindi’s Noor Khan airbase.

US Secretary of State will meet Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif at Prime Minister House this evening.

He will lead a US of officials in strategic dialogue with Pakistan at the Foreign Ministry in Islamabad.

John Kerry is also expected to meet with Army Chief General Raheel Sharif to discuss bilateral security and defence cooperation.
