Shah speaking at the floor of the lower house of the parliament on Wednesday said that the investigators had shown them severed head, two feet and a hand of the suicide bomber. The interior minister should inform the house what details he was given about a finger of the attacker.

It is pertinent to mention that Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali in his statement in National Assembly today said that the investigators have found only a finger of the suicide bomber in Shikarpur Imambargah terrorist attack.

The opposition has also criticized Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif for not visiting Shikarpur in northern Sindh when he was present in the provincial capital Karachi on the day of the terrorist attack.

Khurshid Shah said that the opposition has always helped the government in its time of need. The people now want practical steps not hollow condemnations, he added.

The opposition leader in his previous statement at the floor of the parliament had termed Shikarpur suicide bombing incident an ‘intelligence failure’.
