Addressing a press conference here on Thursday, Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain said the government has now come up to cheap tactics against opposition parties, while the FIR of 14 PAT workers, who were killed during the Model Town massacre, has also not been registered so far.
Shujaat said, ‘we are not afraid of arrests as we have been through detentions in the past’.
He slammed the Government saying that the PAT has called for a peaceful Day of Martyrs on August 10, but the government is up for turning it violent through state terrorism.
The PMLQ chief declared the Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif to be the sole responsible person of the Model Town tragedy and said if cases were registered against him, then they would add up to some 300-400.
