Shutter-down in Zhob on Chehlum of Quetta carnage victims

ZHOB: A complete shutter-down is being observed in Zhob district of Balochistan on Saturday on account of Chehlum of the victims of August 8 bombing in Quetta’s Civil Hospital, ARY News reported.

Awami National Party (ANP) had given the shutter-down strike call on the Chehlum of the martyrs of Quetta carnage.

All commercial centres in the district have been closed today and scant public transport being witnessed on roads.

A suicide bomb attack at Quetta’s Civil Hospital on 8th August, claimed the lives of 74 persons, mostly lawyers.

A suicide bomber blew himself up in the hospital as large number of lawyers had gathered at the premises following the killing of Balochistan Bar President Bilal Anwar Kasi in a gun attack.
