Sindh Assembly session chaired by Speaker Agha Siraj Durrani, prayed for the martyrs of Peshawar attack.

The MQM members chanted slogans after they were not allowed to talk over the extra-judicial killings in Karachi.

The opposition members staged walkout from the session. They returned to the house after registering their protest.

The opposition members also  protested over the sugarcane prices.

Senior provincial minister Nisar Khuhro assured the house that the government has taken notice of the shutdown of sugar mills and non-implementation of the government rates in Sindh.

Earlier, Nisar Khuhro called for a joint assembly resolution against the blasphemous caricatures.
