The government of Sindh has sent 10 terrorism cases to federal government for hearing after Chief Minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah held a meeting with I.G. Police Sindh Ghulam Hyder Jamali here.

According to sources, Karsaz bombing, Mehran naval base attack and Karachi airport attack cases have been among the 10 cases sent to the Centre.

The chief minister in the meeting with the police chief also decided to forward 47 more cases to the central government by coming Friday.

Provincial Apex Committee had earlier decided to dispatch 57 cases to the centre within 10 days.

The federal government had expressed its discontent over the lethargic attitude of the provincial government with regard to sending terrorism cases to the centre for hearing in special courts.
