Dabangg girl Sonakshi Sinha has come a long way in Bollywood and aims to keep her place cemented, as one of the most successful Indian actresses to emerge in recent years. After giving us a string of hits (and a few flops as well), Sonakshi has flexed her vocal chords to give us all a hit with her upcoming debut single Ishqoholic.
Sonakshi was recently one of the judges of a singing reality TV show. Her latest single is all set to be a youth-friendly hip hop track, with lyrics penned down by Kumaar whereas the tune has been composed by Meet Bros. Plus, she also sung a couple of months back at an award show and the audience was quite impressed with her skills. The actress is said to have control over her pitch and notes, something which could transform into a successful singer.
The song will also be accompanied by a music video, which will begin shooting this month. This is what Sinha had to say about it:-
“The video for the song will be shot later this month, by Gifty whom I have worked with on the Desi Kalakaar number along with Yo Yo Honey Singh.”
Bollywood has seen transformations, when Priyanka Chopra delivered a couple of international hits with artists such as Pitbull and Will.i.am. Alia Bhatt and Shraddha Kapoor have also earned accolades and laurels for their ability to hold a note and sing fluently for movies.
