According to Lahore Airport sources, security forces received information of a suspect on board a flight arriving from Muscat. The aircraft was shifted to Hajj Terminal where the law enforcement agencies surrounded the plane.
More than 300 passengers were on the aircraft. The security forces managed to evacuate the passengers safely and arrested the suspect. The flight was diverted to universal terminal.
According to airport sources, Saadullah 40, is a resident of Lahore. He had a brawl with the airline staff and had also given threats.
