The song received more hype and response on online social media platforms such as Twitter and Facebook than its predecessor, Eye to Eye. Angel was the object of much ridicule and fun, as Bollywood superstars Twinkle Khanna and Adnan Sami Khan didn’t even spare cracking jokes based on the song.
