LAHORE: Chief of Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) Dr Tahirul Qadri said he would soon give a final call for revolution in the country, ARY News reported Monday.

Media will go along me till the final phase of revolution, he told a large gathering of PAT workers and supporters at Mihajul Quran Secretariat in Model Town. Heavy rain started to lash during his address, forcing Dr. Qadri to shorten his speech.

He added that he landed in the country to fight for the poor. “The system will be changed in the wake of revolution.”

The PAT chief lamented the PML-N government over Model Town incident, wherein at least 10 PAT supporters were killed.  He demanded that arrested party workers should immediately be released. The movement for revolution has begun today, announced Dr. Qadri
