Tareen asks PM to rein in his ministers

ISLAMABAD: In reaction to today’s fiery speech by Khawaja Asif inside the Parliament, Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) leader, Jehangir Tareen has asked the Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif to silence his ministers lest the circumstances get worsened, ARY News reported.

In a statement issued, Jehangir Tareen said Khawaja Asif today brought shame to Ishaq Dar.

“The finance minister had requested us [PTI] to return to assemblies in order to make conditions favorable, but it seems as if the premier earlier used Dar and today Asif under a conspiracy,” he criticized.

Tareen warned the PM Sharif to silence his ministers, lest the circumstances get worsened due to the issuing of fiery statements from both sides.

He added that on one hand the prime minister and his party welcomes PTI to rejoin assemblies, while on the other such statements are being made, which shows their dual policy.
