Thirty two militants killed in Tirah Valley clash: ISPR

According to ISPR, the clash took place when the security forces tried to stop the militants that were fleeing towards Pak-Afghan border.

Thirty two militants were killed in the exchange of fire between security forces at Warmangai and Sper Kot area.

Three soldiers were also injured in the clash.

Security forces have stepped up their operations in the tribal region after the Peshawar School Attack which claimed lives of 144 people including 132 children and nine staff members.

More than 1000 militants have also been killed since the military launched Zarb-e-Azb offensive against militants in North Waziristan.
