Three SHC judges dismissed on charges of corruption

KARACHI: Chief Justice of the Sindh High Court (SHC) Faisal Arab Thursday dismissed three judges on charges of corruption, ARY News reported.

The judges terminated for their involvement in corruption and irregularities included Badaruddin Memon, Ali Gul and Justice Jatoi.

Civil Judge and Judicial Magistrate Adam H Ishaq was ordered to be retired from service over corruption and poor performance.

Meanwhile, Civil Judge and Judicial Magistrate Samina Aleem was also dismissed due to continuous absence and violation of rules and regulations.

Samina Aleem had filed a review petition against the decision, which has also been turned down.
