Time now for protesters to help flood affectees, says PM

He stated this while paying visit to flood-hit areas of Sialkot and Narowal. He also took an aerial view of devastated villages before carrying out ground inspection. Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif also accompanied the PM.

The PM also inquired from people their hardships in the wake of heavy rains and floods.

He said, “We have put the country again on development track.”

PM Sharif said the visit of the Chinese president, which has now been postponed, to Pakistan was very vital in connection to development perspective of the country.

On the occasion, Federal Minister for Railways Khwaja Saad Rafique said service of humanity in this testing time was the real politics. He also said the marchers and protesters must now help the flood-hit people.
