Tribunal to decide on Monday over vote bags opening: Imran

LAHORE: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan has said that election tribunal will decide on Monday whether the vote bags will be opened or not, ARY News reports.

Imran Khan, speaking to media after recording his statements in the Election Tribunal in NA-122 case, said that the Speaker of the National Assembly Sardar Ayaz Sadiq is hiding behind stay-orders.

The PTI Chairman, answering a question, said that the evidences of rigging are present in the vote bags.

He added that Pakistan Muslim League – Nawaz (PML-N) has tried its utmost not to open the vote bags.

Earlier, PTI Chairman arrived at the tribunal to record his statement in NA-122 case against NA Speaker Ayaz Sadiq. Large number of PTI activists and supporters were present on the occasion to welcome the leader.

Activists of Pakistan Muslim League – Nawaz (PML-N) and PTI chanted slogans against the leaders of each other’s parties.
