Twelve terrorists killed in North Waziristan clash: ISPR

MIRANSHAH: Twelve terrorists were killed in a clash with security forces at North Waziristan’s Ghaziza area while four soldiers also killed in the line of duty, ARY News reports.

According to Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), 12 terrorists including a commander were neutralized in a clash at Ghaziza area while four soldiers were also killed in the exchange of fire.

The remaining terrorists fled without taking the bodies of their accomplices.

It should be noted that the armed forces of Pakistan are successfully carrying out military operations in the tribal region for wiping out terrorism from the country.

At least 2,500 terrorists have been killed in the operations that were launched by the armed forces on June 15, 2014 while at least 800 militant hideouts have been destroyed in the process.
