Two ASWJ workers shot dead in Karachi

KARACHI: Two activists of Ahl-e-Sunnat Wal Jamaat (ASWJ) were gunned down in Karachi on Wednesday, ARY News reports.

Dr. Fayyaz and Mohammad Arif were killed by unidentified culprits in the metropolis on Wednesday evening.

The ASWJ spokesman stated that Dr. Fayyaz was a key leader of the party. Fear and tension gripped ASWJ-dominated areas of the city including Mascan after the killing.

It should be noted here that armed miscreants had also shot dead Advocate Ali Hasnain Bukhari in Karachi, earlier in the day.

At least six persons belonging to different political groups have been killed in sectarian violence in last four days.
