Police under tight security produced Obaid K2, Shakil Banarsi and Amir Sar Phata before the ATC, where the court extended Obaid’s remand till April 9.
The ATC also extended the physical remand of Shakil and Amir by two weeks.
Meanwhile, an important development was also witnessed when two ‘foreign target killers’ were presented before the ATC.
The suspects named Ibrahim and Kaleem were reported to be Burmese nationals, who were said to have confessed the killing of 14 people including seven cops.
Officials also submitted a report of explosive material seized from MQM headquarters Nine Zero. They told that a case was registered against Muhammad Asif and Haseeb over the recovery of combustible material.
It was further stated that the explosive material could cause mass destruction.
