According to officials, the bomb was planted along roadside and went off through a remote control when a vehicle of Khasadar Force was passing through Jamrud area.
The condition of injured personnel is stated to be out of danger.
Law enforcement officials reached the spot after the blast and cordoned off the area for investigation. They also captured two suspects from the site and shifted them to undisclosed location for interrogation.
Officials said it is yet to be determined that how much kilograms of explosives were used in the blast.
