According to details, unknown attackers opened fire at a shop located at Mekangi Road of Quetta, killing a man on the spot and injuring two others.
The assailants after firing at the victims fled the scene.
The injured and the dead body were immediately shifted to Combine Military Hospital (CMH), whereupon one out the two injured also succumbed to his wounds.
Sources told that the victims belonged to the Hazara ethnic group.
The city was taken over by fear shortly after the incident, followed by the closure of shops and businesses.
On Monday, three people were killed and eight injured including two women, in three different incidents of firing in the provincial capital.
