According to details, CTD and intelligence agencies carried out a search operation at Manghopir area of Karachi when the terrorists opened fire at them.
Two saboteurs were killed by the retaliatory fire carried out by the law enforcement agencies.
On the other hand, suspected workers of a political party’s militant wing were handed over to Rangers on 90-day remand. A spokesman of the para-military force said that the suspects had confessed of carrying out cracker attacks on Rangers check-posts.
He also said that the suspects, who are working for militant wing of Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM), were nabbed on 19th April.
