Addressing a mammoth rally in Islamabad on Sunday, Imran Khan said that witnessing such an enormous participation by the people he can foresee the establishment of a ‘naya Pakistan’.

He said: “I opted for all the legal ways for the past one and half years to acquire justice, but nobody heeded and today it is 109th day of the sit-in that we staged against all the atrocities and unjust practices of the government”.

“I went to the Parliament, submitted petitions to the former Chief Justice, Iftikhar Muhmmad Chaudhry, yet nothing was achieved. PM Nawaz laments that I use derogatory words against him, to him I inquire what else way I should address you witnessing the condition of the people getting worsened with every passing day.”

The PTI chairman said that he had vowed to accept the elections from hospital’s bed, if there would have been no irregularities.

He lamented that an FIR was registered against him, Shah Mehmood Qureshi, Pervez Khattak and several others, while those who committed actual crimes are all free.

“Everybody is saying that the polls were rigged, but only Tehreek-i-Insaf is demanding for its investigations. We found that prior to the May 11 elections, the ruling Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PMLN) had printed nearly 70 lac ballots, which were casted during the polls”, said Khan.

He accused PMLN to be involved in pre-elections as well as post-elections rigging, adding that the entire caretaker setup and some key officials assisted the ruling party in manipulating the elections in its favor.

Addressing all the Pakistanis, he said if today we did not stand up, then tomorrow there will be no significance of your vote.

He said if his demands were not met, then he would resort to some other moves which the PM would not be able to endure.

The skipper challenged the premier to witness how does his party halts the country.

Moreover, he announced the schedule for city-wise strikes by Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf as in Lahore on December 4, in Faisalabad on December 8 and in Karachi on December 12.
