Three FC men killed in South Waziristan landmine blast

WANA: Three Frontier Corps (FC) men were killed in a landmine explosion in Wana district of South Waziristan tribal region on Monday, ARY News reported.

According to details, the landmine explosion took place at Zar Milan area of Wana district which claimed the lives of three security men of the paramilitary force.

Security forces surrounded the area following the blast whereas the rescue teams shifted the dead bodies to a hospital.

Federal Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan has expressed his grief and condemned the terrorism incident.

He also paid tribute to the sacrifices rendered by the FC personnel.

It should be noted that six security personnel including a Pakistan Army major Imran were killed in a landmine blast in the region in November 2016.
