Around 82 patients of a yet un-diagnosed disease have been admitted at hospitals in Karachi as the mystery health disorder reached epidemic proportions in the city’s Malir area.

The health department and experts have failed to diagnose the disease yet, which is being termed by some as Chikungunya, due to the symptoms in patients.
Ministry of National Health Services and World Health Organisation (WHO) on Monday said no case of Chikungunya Virus has yet been confirmed in Karachi and any information circulated in this regard is incorrect and misleading.
