England won the toss and invited India to take the crease.

India scored 90/8 in their 20 overs with Harmanpreet Kaur being the top scorer with 26 runs from 25 deliveries with the help of three boundaries while skipper Mithali Raj scored 20 runs from 33 balls with two fours to her name.

Heather Knight took three wickets in her four overs while Anya Shrubsole grabbed two wickets for England. Natalie Sciver dismissed one Indian batswoman as well.

England reached the target of 91 runs in 19 overs with two wickets in hand.

Tammy Beaumont made 20 runs from 18 balls with four boundaries to her while Natalie Sciver and Sarah Taylor made 19 and 16 runs respectively for the side.

Ekta Bisht took four wickets in the match while Harmanpreet Kaur got two wickets.

Heather Knight was named the Player of the match.
