Sony has released an update which allows users to support 360-degree videos on YouTube which can be watched on PlayStation Virtual Reality.
PlayStation VR was released in October with the mission to deliver cutting-edge virtual reality experience to PS4 players around the world.
Therefore, Sony decided to continue to build from where they started following a hugely successful launch and tremendous positive feedback from players.
PlayStation VR allowed users to watch their favourite streaming and other catch-up services and create a virtual “big-screen” right in front of their eyes.
Now users can go a step further by experiencing YouTube’s amazing range of 360-degree videos on PS VR.
The latest update will add support for YouTube’s rapidly expanding library of virtual reality videos.
This allows PS4 and PS VR users to step beyond the screen and explore detailed 360° worlds as though they were standing right there.
