Young girls among four injured in Indian firing along LoC

RAWALPINDI: Two young girls and two women were injured on Sunday when Indian forces opened unprovoked firing along the Line of Control.

According to brief statement by the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the incident took places in Kuiratta sector in Kotli district in Azad Jammu and Kashmir.

The injured  were given treatment at an army-run health facility in the area. Pakistan Army troops also responded to the the Indian aggression.

A elderly woman with a mental disorder was also killed by Indian forces by mistakenly crossing the Working Boundary near Phalkian sector of Sialkot. The Border Security Force handed over her body to the Pakistan Rangers.
