Police officials said that Abdul Latif, who was riding a motorcycle, was killed after being hit by a minibus.
The driver of the vehicle managed to escape.
Enraged mob started a riot and set the vehicle on fire after which police arrived at the scene and controlled the situation.
The cops have started searching for the minibus driver, who is on the loose.
Latif’s body was shifted to a hospital for further procedures.
