Zarb-e-Azb: PAF airstrikes kill at least 23 militants

According to details, security forces’ advances are successfully continued in North Waziristan, where at least 23 militants were reportedly killed in PAF airstrikes on Thursday.

The ISPR, military’s public relations wing, said that the recent airstrikes took place in Zerom, Ismailkhel, and Dattakhel areas of the tribal agency.

Pakistan Army had also pounded militant hideouts on Wednesday, during which 40 miscreants were said to be killed including foreigners. Military had also destroyed five hideouts and the ammunition depots during yesterday’s action against terrorists mostly belonging to the banned Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP).

Security forces had kicked-off the Operation Zarb-e-Azb in North Waziristan on June 12, during which hundreds of militants are reported to be killed so far, while numerous areas of the agency have also been cleared of miscreants.
