'Zardari, Nawaz made "London plan" to sabotage Nov 30 protest'

TOP NEWS

Addressing the participants of the PTI sit-in camp, Imran Khan said that even the former MD PTV, who remained associated with the national television for 37 years, did not know how can the transmissions be switched-off.

He said that in 1998 when the then Army Chief, Pervez Musharraf had overthrown the government of Nawaz Sharif, a team of officials was sent to switch-off PTV transmissions and it took them two hours in doing so.

The PTI chairman said that the images of the accused in PTV attack case, which were released by the Interior Ministry, also contained pictures of 6 PTV employees, yet the government issued his arrest warrants for involvement in the attack.

Moreover, he said that Asif Ali Zardari and PM Nawaz Sharif made the actual ‘London plan’ at the Churchill Hotel, for both are worried about November 30 protest in Islamabad and do not want it to be successful.
