Zardari reaches US with ‘certain complaints’: sources

NEW YORK/WASHINGTON: Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari has been in New York, wherefrom he will go to Washington to hold meetings with senior United States (US) officials, sources said on Monday.

Our correspondent Jahanzaib Ali quoted sources as saying that the PPP co-chairman reached New York two days ago, where he will be joined by Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari and senior PPP leader Sherry Rehman.



The PPP leadership is preparing for its meetings with senior US officials in Washington in next 48 hours.


Sources within Washington’s political circles said the PPP co-chairman has arrived in US with ‘certain complaints against Pakistani establishment and the way his party-led government in Sindh is being treated back home’.
