HYDERABAD: The Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) of police on Saturday arrested the mastermind of the blast that took place on Sugar Mill Road, Nawabshah, in October, ARY News reported.
While talking to media persons in Hyderabad, Superintendent of CTD Police Irfan Sammu said the CTD officials arrested Nadir Bhingwar from Hyderabad district’s Jamshoro Road. He elaborated that three terrorists involved in the blast were already arrested.
Irfan Sammu said Nadir was wanted in other cases as well.
“He was residing at relatives’ house and was arrested on a tip-off,” he said.
The CTD SP said the suspect was an educated person and an adept bomb maker.
