According to Inter-Services Public Relations, PM Nawaz has reached Miranshah where he will be briefed on ongoing operation Zarb-e-Azb against militants in the NWA.
The Chief of Army Staff General Raheel Sharif welcomed the prime minister on his arrival to Miranshah. The PM will also be briefed on internally displaced persons.
During the briefing, the PM will be informed about achievements made by the army in Zarb-e-Azb. Besides, PM Nawaz will be told about assistance given to IDPs so far.
The Prime Minister will also meet the soldiers fighting in North Waziristan.
