Addressing a press conference here, the minister said government would adopt zero-tolerance policy against those making hate speeches.

He said blocking funding of terrorists is not a domain of any single organization

He said CCTV cameras would be installed at madaris (religious seminaries) involved in facilitating hate speeches.

He announced ban on issuance of arms licenses until formation of new policy in this regard.

The interior minister said security clearance would be required for registration of seminaries.

He informed that new policy has been devised to regulate, monitor operations of domestic, international NGOs

Nisar said federal and provincial government must adopt a unanimous policy to address issues regarding implementation of National Action Plan.
